The natural progression from real estate to hosting properties and opening an art gallery began with the success of Donna’s central Austin business, Blairfield Realty.

Tamara Carlisle combines her love of Central Texas charm and hospitality in the four unique properties located in Lockhart, TX. With more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Tamara’s business ventures include Big Kids, Inc., the leading distribution company for independently produced children’s entertainment; Lights Out, Inc., Blair & Carlisle Homes, and Blairfield Realty.

SARA THOMPSON

Sara is the Queen Bee Gardener for Nightbirds properties. She keeps the grounds in tip top shape, caring for all things botanical. Sara’s goal is to ensure that when you check-in, you feel that you have arrived somewhere very special, as if it was curated just for you.

RACHEL LINGVAI

Rachel lives in Lockhart with her husband, 2 daughters and sweet dachshund, Mo. She has 20+ years of experience in hospitality and customer service in Austin, TX. Before having children, Rachel worked in the world of boutique food and wine. She loved her customers and took great pride in leading them through all things gourmet. Rachel knows what it takes to create a flawless experience for her guests and that is why she is the perfect “Girl Friday” for Night Bird. When Rachel is not on property, you can find her being silly with her girls, playing music, sipping wine, laughing with her gal pals or relaxing on the beach with family.
